1. IntroductionWelcome to IfOffline.These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the IfOffline website and service (“Service”).By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. What IfOffline DoesIfOffline is a personal safety and message delivery service.The Service allows you to:create messages for selected recipients,define check-in intervals,trigger automatic message delivery only if you miss a check-in and a grace period expires.The Service works strictly based on:your explicit actions,your configuration,your consent.
3. EligibilityTo use IfOffline, you must:be at least 16 years old,provide accurate and up-to-date account information,use the Service only for lawful purposes.
4. User ResponsibilitiesYou are responsible for:keeping your account credentials secure,ensuring recipient email addresses are correct,reviewing and managing your messages and settings,checking in within your chosen intervals.You understand that:messages are sent only if configured and enabled by you,failure to check in may result in automatic message delivery.
5. Messages & Content5.1 OwnershipYou retain full ownership of all messages and content you create.IfOffline:does not claim ownership over your content,does not analyze message content,does not use content for marketing or analytics.
5.2 ResponsibilityYou are solely responsible for:the content of your messages,the recipients you choose,the consequences of message delivery.
6. Check-ins & Grace PeriodYou choose your own check-in interval.Missing a check-in triggers a 48-hour grace period.During the grace period, you can cancel delivery by checking in.If the grace period expires without a check-in, messages are delivered automatically.This mechanism is core to the Service and cannot be disabled.
7. Plans, Pricing & Payments7.1 Free Plan (Test Mode)Available at no cost.Allows testing all features.Messages are sent only to your own email address.No real recipients receive messages.
7.2 Paid PlansAllow delivery to real recipients.Have defined limits (messages and recipients).Are time-based (Annual) or unlimited (Lifetime).
7.3 Early AccessPaid plans may be available during Early Access at no charge.Users will be notified before Early Access ends.
8. Account Suspension & TerminationWe may suspend or terminate your account if:these Terms are violated,the Service is abused,illegal activity is detected,system security is at risk.You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard.Upon deletion:all data is permanently removed,recovery is not possible.
9. Service AvailabilityWe aim to provide reliable and continuous access to the Service.However, we do not guarantee:uninterrupted availability,error-free operation,delivery in all circumstances beyond our control.We may temporarily suspend the Service for:maintenance,security reasons,emergency situations.
10. Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by law:IfOffline is not liable for indirect or consequential damages,we are not responsible for user-created content,we are not responsible for outcomes resulting from missed check-ins.The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
11. Privacy & Data ProtectionYour use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.Please review it to understand how your data is collected and protected.
12. Changes to These TermsWe may update these Terms from time to time.If changes are significant:you will be notified by email or in-app notice.Continued use of the Service after changes means acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing LawThese Terms are governed by laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict of law principles.
